Our Story
Hi, my name is Tj & I am your baker. I have been in a professional kitchen most of my life & baking full time since 2010. My intent & passion is to create food from as many local ingredients as I can and from ingredients that are not super processed or striped from its good stuff just to be replaced with chemicals. I genuinely care about what you all are eating!
The other part of what I do is to have an environment that is actively positive, joyful & consistent for the community. This is filled with not just food but art. Edible art is a good way to put it. On top of that, I want the space to be filled with learning, sharing, equality, unity & a safe zone for all to meet.
My full story is long & quite adventurous. I am now content with baking & learning. A cozy, calm, healthy, loving situation that appreciates the moment. I welcome each of you stay tuned to my social media to see & possibly hear some tidbits of my journey & how I got here. It’s not often that someone like me gets to own her work & do what she loves for a living.
Let’s not forget my team. My team consists of many people, The people that made this possible are my backers & you know who you are. Without their incredible support & their confidence in me, I would not have made it this far! Thank you Backers! Although I am a one woman show now, I would still like to thank the people that i used to employ. It was not an easy feat but I learned so much from the experience & worked with some really cool people. Who knows what the future will bring. I also include my amazing & loyal customers. We are a team & i could not do this without you. Beyond that, I truly love your bright & shining faces & seeing you appreciate my work is what keeps me going.
