Howdy, y'all! I'm Tj, and I'm the baker 'round these parts. I've been cookin' up a storm in professional kitchens most of my life, and I've been bakin' full-time since 2010. My heart's set on creatin' food using as many local ingredients as I can get my hands on, and I steer clear of all that over-processed stuff with chemicals thrown in just to replace what's been stripped out. I truly care about what y'all are puttin' in your bodies!
Now, the other side of what I do is to create a place that's as warm and welcoming as a Sunday afternoon on the porch. It's not just about the food – though that's mighty important – it's about bringing joy, consistency, and a heap of positivity to our community. What we're servin' up here is more than just grub; it's edible art, if you will.
On top of all that, I want this space to be a meetin' ground where folks can learn, share, and come together. It don't matter who you are or where you're from; everyone's welcome here.
My full story? Well, it's longer than a country mile and full of more twists and turns than a back road through the hills. These days, though, I'm content with my bakin' and learnin'. I'm all about that cozy, calm life – appreciatin' the little things and spreading love through my cookin'.
